Avocado mousse

4 Avos
3/4 tin condensed milk
Milk (optional and to your discretion)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Mash avocados with an electric mixer, or use a food processor. Blend in the condensed milk, milk and vanilla until smooth. Chill for about 20 minutes before serving. Decorate as desired (It’s best for the dessert to be eaten within 2 days of making it, as avos don’t sit very well)
